Red Lion Restaurant Boulder Canyon

The Red Lion Restaurant celebrates the local bounty of Colorado’s spectacular Front Range Region and fertile Boulder Valley. Your dining experience will be highlighted by the seasonal availability of local, sustainable farmed produce, seafood, meats, continental menu specializing in wild game. We hope you enjoy the seasonal offerings, serene views, and culinary experience of our Boulder Canyon Cuisine.

Originally built and established in 1870, the expanded and remodeled restaurant now seats up to 250 guests. The rustic, formal dining areas consist of eight unique rooms holding various numbers of guests. The Red Lion features Early Dinner Specials nightly and also offers a children's menu for children age 10 and under. In addition to full dinner service, The Red Lion hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, business meetings, private luncheons and parties.
Gift certificates are available in any denomination.
